EVERY YEAR OUR STUDENT MINISTRY GATHERS TOGETHER ON ONE WEEKEND FOR OUR DISCIPLE NOW WEEKEND. WE ARE SO EXCITED FOR OUR 2025 D-NOW! DISCIPLE NOW IS AN EVENT WHERE STUDENTS CAN UNPLUG FROM THEIR DAILY LIVES AND PLUG INTO JESUS FOR AN EXCITING AND REFRESHING WEEKEND. WE HOPE THAT, AMONG OTHER THINGS, YOUR STUDENT WILL COME TO KNOW JESUS THROUGH THIS EXPERIENCE AND GROW CLOSER TO HIM.
Gary Morgan
Gary and his wife, Johni, moved into Nashville 20 years ago with a heart for those without Christ and the desire to be engaged in the movement of God in Urban Nashville. Today, they live in downtown Nashville. They have two daughters McKenna (23) and Story (19). They love the Urban community and have enjoyed getting to know the stories behind the owners and customers of local coffee shops, restaurants, and small business in which they interact with on a regular basis.
Gary serves as the Pastor of Urban Mission with Nashville First Baptist and is the Fellowship on Broadway teaching pastor. (A Worship gathering with Nashville First.) Gary also works with Apartment Life, a faith based non-profit and is a speaker and coach.

Exaltation
Leading our worship Exaltation, the worship band from Union University in Jackson. They are a worship team dedicated to glorifying Jesus Christ through Scripture and song.

Registration this year will cost $45
D-NOW will be February 28th - March 1st, 2025, hosted by First Baptist Church, Lexington (50 Stanford Ave. Lexington).
All payments can be turned in or mailed to the church office or paid online through the “Register Here” button.
*For groups that pre-register, we will include three meals, a Student Book, a Follow-Up Devotional, and a themed T-shirt.*
